Stock B18b, looking for 220-240 HP.

Point me towards a snail that will reach full boost at or near 3400-3600 RPMs and will put down this power with about 7-8 PSI. I have been leaning towards a T3/T4e 50 trim but dont know what intake and exhaust AR's I should look for.

Is there anyone who has or had a similar setup that could chime in.

Also, could I hit these goals with a large T3?
