Default How to mix and match garrett components....need some advise

I have a T3 garrett .42/.48 60 trim and I know that it is too small for my power goals on my stock B18b (220-240 HP). Would it be too much hassle to swith out compressor wheels and turn this turbo into something that would reach full boost for me at about 3500 RPMs and pull all the way to redline? Or is this just too big of a hassle?

Suggestions?

don't f with turbos, they are balanced and tuned so they can spool over 200,000rpm. small changes that seem like no big deal will probably destroy your turbo sooner or later
