Looking to buy another turbo for my LS im currenty running a t3 60 trim .48ar exhaust it spools up great but i noticed the power starts to drop at around 6400 rpm, so right now im looking to buy a t3/t4e but im not sure which size exhaust housing to go with. my set-up is simple stock b18b 8psi uberdata tuned

Not sure what your compressor housing is but I have a t3/t4 57 trim .60 comp and .48 turbine in a 2.0 GSR motor.
I used to have the .63 turbine side and switched it out for the faster spool since this is my daily driver. Turbo pulls hard all the way up till redline. I made over 300whp @ 10psi.

The housings are only the beginning. If it is a t3 60 trim, that is different than a T3/T04E 60 trim. It sounds like you have the first option in which at 6400rpms torque goes way down and hp is somewhat steady.
The housing changes aren't going to help much. You need to have a much better turbo design.

that will make a very nice turbo for street use and rather quick spool up.
