I'm having a problem with my 99 Civic Si. Every now and then it will have a wild hair, and start sputtering really bad at low rpms and jerking if in gear, I can either do one of two things, Cut the car off and restart it and it usually makes it clear the CEL code. Or sometimes that wont clear it, so ill unhook the battery and it will run normal for a day or two before it does it again, I've had it hooked up to an engine diagnostics computer and it pulled the code for "Idle Control System Malfunction." I have removed the idle solenoid and cleaned it, and its still doing it. ANY Help would be Greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!!
