ok i posted last week that i kept blowing fuses that problem is fixed now, my a/c button for the fan was on power four and i dont have any a/c components so i kept blowing fuses, but now my car keeps cutting off after i put a new altenator on i jumped the batt and the car runs 100% fine but then ill take the jumper cables off and shortly after say beyween a minute or 3, the car will start losing power the windows get slow the lights dim then the motor starts to sputter then just takes a **** and stops, it cant be anything in the fuel, because remember it runs great while its feeding off another cars batt. i think its the dizzy what do you guys think?

it sounds to me like there is something wrong with either the alternator or wiring. even though its a new alt, it might be fucked from the start. it runs fine when you have it hooked up to another car cuz its running off that cars alt. when its running on its own, its using the battery to supply the power, and when the battery is out of juice then things start slowing down to a stop. have someone in your area do a load test on the alt to see how much, if any, amps its putting out.

but it was doing the same thing with my other altenator and that alt was brand new my friend just let me use it while i was looking for one too buy so i dont think its the alt because i just had a brand new one on.
