OK now I posted my problem last week & I did what a few of you guys suggested.
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1206878
Heres a recap of the problem
The car - 95 Accord lx 4 door w/ ABS
The problem - as I press the break pedal, it tends to go to the floor & just slow down the car, but not really. If I pump the break pedal 2 times it works fine.
Many of you guys told me that I needed to replace the master cylinder. Well today I took the car to the garage to have the master cylinder replaced & i still have the same problem.
Also when the pedal goes the whole way down my car starts to idle down really low as if it going to die.
What could be the problem ??

5th Gen Accords with ABS came with disc brakes on the rear from factory.
The master cylinder is on the booster.

I would rebleed your brake system farthest away to closest. I would also make sure your MC and your booster are adjusted. Follow specifics in your haynes/chiltons/helms manual.
If this doesn't do the trick I would guess there is air in the system...check your connections and do basic diagnosis of the system; you're losing pressure somewhere.

Check your chiltons or repair manual for the details....I don't remember off hand.
