the car = 95 accord lx 4 door with abs. FRONT & REAR DISC
the problem = as I press the break pedal, it tends to go to the floor & just slow down the car, but not really. If I pump the break pedal 2 times it works fine.
The reservoir under the hood is full.
What can be the problem ???
What should I look for ???

you need a brake master cylinder , no out of round drums if the pedal sinks to floor while you brake you have an internal leak in brake master the inner seals are worn and cannot hold pressure replace it asap
master cyl test, at a stop pump the pedal and hold it, if it begins to fall you either have leak or the master is bad. but i believe your rear brakes are not adjusted correctly, to check set your parking brake and then step on the brake pedal if it feels firmmer and higher without pumping that is your problem.

back to the topic... its most likely your primary or secondary cups in your master cylinder. take sinister2c's advice and buy a new master cylinder.

If you pedal goes all the way to the ground and you have already bled the brake system then it is without a doubt your MC.
NTM if you replace it and it still does it just take the part back

read all the posts.... master test
it is possible you have a caliper problem that is compensated for when you pump the brake pedal a couple of times
take the wheels off and inspect everything, look up under the dash where the master cylinder push rod hooks to the brake pedal, is ther brake fluid around the gommet?

Yes...and some of this:

to remove your brake fluid from your old MC reservoir.
And some of this:

and one of these:

They are special wrenches that won't strip your brake lines that run into your MC.
