Default Ordered a camp turbo today. 48ar built b16. opionons?

i talked to the guys down at camp today and got a t3/to4e 54. trim 48ar turbo.

i am shooting for between 300-350 WHP.

did i make a good choice on turbo sizing?

it was a really good deal. shipped to lincoln $545 bucks.

i have a forged pistons and rods b16.

i was orgionally going to go with the 57.trim 63ar but they told me , the 48 would be just fine.

agree disagree?
350whp goal.

i would have gone with the .63ar, with the .48ar, you will just spool faster. For 300-350whp, i would get the .63ar over the .48ar any day

Hopefully your shift points and rpms go together with that 48, and not have run out

The correct order is:

research
think
buy

Not the other way around....

i dont know if it'll do 300whp. but i had a very similar setup as yours and my .48 flattened out really bad on top end freeway. spool time was freakin quick but no top end. i then moved up to a .63ar and liked it alot better. pulled hard through redline

Both will make well over 350WHP.
