Default H22 now runs rich at idle

I had been racing around with some buddies and pushing my car pretty hard the other night, and the car was running great. when I left ( after about 30 miles of normal driving), I came to a light I noticed my car started glugging like a V8. It sounded like I wasnt geting full spark but that wasnt it. I checked plugs, wires, vaccuum hoses, timing, everything, but I cant figure out why I am idling so rich. There are no check engine lights, and It seems to drive fine past 2500 under a load. I thought maybe o2 sensor but that would throw code. The only wierd thing is that while I was racing my alternator ground came off. Could it have arked under the hood and damaged the ignition or something? I fastend it in place pretty quickly. I am stumped. Any ideas?

I am going to put my MSD ignition box in to see if that helps.

lemme know if you figure it out because i've been having the same problem lately. I just got a lightweight battery for my car soon before this happened but i don't see how that has anything to do with it. any thoughts?

I installed my ignition but it is still rich at idle. Also cel finally showed up. EGR. I tested it by blowing into it through the vacuum hose and it held the pressure and almost stalled just as it should. All the conections were good, is there any other way to see whats wrong with it?. Code 12 showed up so it must be with the EGR. Thanks for the help.
