Check for any vacuum leaks, especiallt through the brake booster first, then the FITV.

the fast idle valve is connected to the other end of the throttle shaft, isnt it?

It's underneath the throttle body. Search posts from Nerologic. He posted a step by step cleaning process.

well i have ppl tell me that it might be the

low coolent(flushed and refilled)
iacv(changed)
fast control valve (cleaned https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=699787)
or a vacum(sp) leak (spotted)

so i did the 4 and it was a vacum leak..

check the pvc valve and the pipe leading to it...start with the cheapest first
