Default HELP! Bogging/hesitation...possible misfire?

I recently installed a 2000 ITR engine in a 98 EK hatch. Everything wired to OBD2A. Car boggs realy bad and even dies at times. Idles fine though. Replaced fuel pump, plugs, wires, cap & rotor. Fixed nothing! All sensors hooked up. Used a generic OBD2 scan tool......no codes! Have a fuel pressure gauge, what should fuel pressure be? Motor pro's please help!

Did you make sure your MAP and TPS sensors are hooked to the right places? Is the timing correct? Maybe a plug wire or two in the wrong spot?

All wires are in the right spot. MAP & TPS sensors are hooked up to the right place (not switched). Checked timing and is correct. Just for the heck of it I pointed the timing light to the cam-gears while the engine is running and it looks like the intake cam is up one tooth (lines not directly parrellel to each other. I don't know if this means a whole lot because you aren't supposed to use timing light on cams only on the crank pulley, but thought I would share anyway, just in case.

Any other suggestions?

Hmm well if if the cam is off by a tooth that could easily caust lots of problems with out shooting codes. I dunno how to check this ha ha, but if you do know how to, I'd check that first.
