Default high idle after skunk IM install

just installed a skunk IM on a 95 b18c1 in a 88 hf, running a pr3 ecu .. 2 sensors not hooked up knock and o2... idles at 1500.. also installed a cusco catch can ... pcv system looks to be all right and hooked up right...

cant figure it out .. well it got dark so only looked at it for about 15 mins....
inputs would be great

and if i unplug a vacuum line it goes up to about 2500.... 1 vacuum line goes to fpr other goes to map and t'd to other sensors..

i think i should check my tps sensor...

Make sure the throttle cable isn't too tight, holding the butterfly open a tiny bit.
