Car No Startie Startie!
Well thanks to my jackass friend . . . he called and said he was coming over tos wap my o2, I said nah don't need it I fixed the car it's not running lean anymore and it makes boost fine now.
He came over anyways, asked to go for a ride to make sure it was all good because he's a pretty good mechanic. He starts pounding on the car and its all good, picks up speed great, runs great. As we approach my house right as he turned the corner the car died.

Greddy Turbo Kit (92-95) stock 5psi of boost
Walboro 255LPH
FMU 12:1
MSD Ignition with Blaster Coil
stock 240cc injectors *for now* 450's on the way & uberdata
He thought I wasn't making spark since we tried to start the car and we couldn't get it to start. So he pulled his working dist. off his z6 motor and nothing still the same, he thought no gas, but I knew I had gas.
I pulled the fuelk pump out because I didn't hear it priming, checked all electrical connectors everything was good, but the fuel pump still does not prime when u turn the key to acc.
WHat could be the problem or reason for the pump not priming?
The pump was brand spanking new in the bag just installed it yesterday and now this. Someone plese help I was suppose to be job hunting today and mailing out parts that people baught off me, so I need to get this allr esolved some how.
What would cause such a thing to happen after a little boosting?

It's not the fuel pump. Here is what we have checked so far:
Checked Fuel Pump (wired to the battery and she works perfectly fine)
Change distributor
Changed main relay
Tried a different p28 ecu still no spark & no fuel pump priming.
No power is reaching the fuel pump at all, and there is no spark at all even when using a known good distributor.
CEL Light stays on constantly and when jumping the ECU there is no codes. When the biggest clip on the ECU is un-plugged the CEL Light will go off, but other then that it is constantly on with no codes flashing at all. ******Jumper Was Out When The CEL Light Was On Constantly*****
We are pretty much stumped as we have tried everything . . . double checked wiring and all.
What is the #1 cuase for No Spark & No Fuel? Anyone think of anything that we might have msised?

I jumped on Honda-Tech and began my search to find the ACG I believe is what it is called ASG or ACG fuse was blown. It is known to give off the same symptoms as the Main Relay. The moment we replaced that I heard the fuel pump prime, I took the car for a little spina dn she runs perfectly fine!
