Default what do you guys think???

I have a 1994 honda civic hatchback cx with a stock 00 gsr motor in it. I'am planning on go turbo this summer. This is the setup I'am planning on getting:

Precision SC-61 turbo
Precision 600hp intercooler
Tial 50mm b.o.v
Tial 38mm wastegate
RC 440cc Saurated injectors
InlinePro cast stainless steel exhaust Manifold
InlinePro 3'' downpipe
JG Edelbrock intake manifold
Thermal R&D exhaust
Tuned with a V-Tech controller with a P28 computer (should I change to P72??)
Stock Block

I know this is a very popular setup. My question to you guys is What kind of HP numbers do you guys think I can put up with this setup at 15 pounds of boost? Also how safe is it to run 15 p.s.i. with a stock block??? I dont want to run 15 p.s.i daily just to race, I will probably run 9-10 pounds daily. Finally what kind of quarter mile times do you guys think I will be seeing with this setup at 15p.s.i???
Thank you in advance, and all help is greatly appreciated

A) there is no "h" in vtec. secondly. if you are running a chipped p28 you dont need the vtec controller. as you can change the vtec activation point and fuel values using your tuning software (uberdata, crome, etc)
B)10 psi would be safe as long as its tuned
C) track times all depend on the driver. you can have the fastest car around and i could beat you on my huffy if you were a shitty driver

personally i would ditch the vtec controller and just chip the p28. its easier to use and allows for total control over the engines functions, since you already have the ecu, youd be looking at about 100 bucks to get it chipped and buy a burner. you could then sell the vtec controller and put that money towards tuning or other parts for your setup
