Default About to purchase mandrel bends, need last minute advice.

I'm about to order the pipes for my intercooler this way i can get them fabricated already. I'm running a t3 turbo, with a JRC 6" intercooler.
I'm going to use 2.25 OD piping from the compressor side to the intercooler, and 2.5 OD from the other side to the intake manifold.

Would 2 U bends, and a straight pipe be enough from the compressor to intercooler?

And another 2 U bends and a straight pipe to the intake manifold?

Also, I plan on having my downpipe fabricated as well, so I'm thinking another 2 U bends for that. Help me out here.

i bought 2 u bends for 1 side and 2 u bends and a 45 for the other side you shouldn't need any straight pieces because the u bends from jc whittney at least are pretty damn long

ALright, i bought a 2.5 J bend, and U bend for the intake side. I bought 2, 2.25 U bends for the turbo side, and 1 Big 3.0 U bend for the downpipe. How's that sound?

that sounds like more than enough, except you might need some 3" straight depending on what setup this is for and how long your flex joint is.

Are the radi on the J and U bends differerent? you should have got one tight radius U or J for the hot pipe, using the sharp 90* coming out of the turbo. And 2 larger radius Us or Js for the cold side might flow slightly better.
