I purchased a set of yellow JDM foglights for an 2000 civic SI. My problem is that the harness won't plug up to the Stock harness. So what do you guys do? ghetto rig it with an aftermarket harness? Use a USDM harness? Or does the JDM one work and I just don't know how to install it. I paid over $400 for these rare foglights, and can't even use them please give me some advice thanks

I would assume that you are just doing it wrong what are you having problems with? which harness plugs?

 

the harness plug under the dash. We took it to HONDA and they also said harness was different. but didn't say how

 

well the JDM is right hand drive so maybe they are different somehow you can get an ebay set with the right wiring for about 80 bucks i think that may be easier that is what i had to do to wire mine since I have a 99-00 front end on a 93 hatch so the wiring was all off so I bought an ebay knock off set and will keep the wiring ans sell the fogs that come with it.
