get some brake or tb cleaner and start spray on the vaccum hose connections and the manifold gasket. doing this one connection at a time. if you have a leak the engine will rev up.
hmm maybe your new intake manifold is mouting your throrrle cable awkward. like maybe its pulling it farter back than it needs to be. know what i mean?
I scraped all the old gasket off and I bolted from the middle out, to spec. and then took it back off to try to fix the problem. I put on new gaskets again and used anaerobic.
I had to adjust the throttle cable. I have a vafc so I now im not giving it any gas and TPS it adjusted perfectly.
i am throwing a speed sensor code but the is resiant.
i well try the brake cleaner but idle is so F'ed up it might be hard
Is it passable to simple adjust the idle? thanks

let it run until the thermostat opens.if your motor has a bleed screw, then put the cap on and slightly loosen the screw.leave it open until no more air bleeds out-only coolant.

here is a pic of where it is on a US Del Sol VTEC.it's part number 10.if memeory serves,it takes a 12mm wrench.looks like a bolt, but with a "spout" in the middle.

not sure if the JDM B16s had them in the same location,or at all.
