Default Boost leak test?bubbling noise in the block

So I did a boost leak test and only get to 6psi.There wasn't any leaks anywere outside the motor but I could hear a slight bubbly sound inside the block.Could this be a bad headgasket. If so could I re-torque it?I'm using an HKS 3mm gasket,ARP studs, blockguard.Compression checks at 175 across.Any Ideas of what this noise is?

Maybe a leakdown test would tell me something.
