hey i got a 95 vx hatch with a 95 gsr motor. everything seems to run good except recently whenever my car is cold, it idles around 2500-3000rpm for about 10min and occasionally jumps between 1000-3000 when warming up. anyone know what that might be coused from? also is it normal to get 25-30 mpg with a gsr motor? i have a stock fuel pump from the vx so would that be holding the fuel back? any information would be appriciated, thenks alot.

 

just for the safe side you should up the fuel pump, ill bet with the vx fp, your running close to or already at lean. the idle issue could be the iavc or the fitv

 

problem fixed. cleaned the fitv and adjusted it and it idles nice now. thanks alot for the help.
