Trans question
I am getting a swap for my del sol. It origonally is Auto, but the swap comes w/ a manuel trans. Of course i would prefer a manuel, but i was wondering what else i would have to do to change Auto to Manuel.
Okay here is the list. it is not too bad
1. Motor mount that is spot welded to the frame on the tranns side out of a manual del sol/ civic/ integra, you can buy it at honda or get it from a junk yard.
2. Clutch slave cylinder/ Clutch master cylinder and lines/brackets
3. Pedal assembly out of a manual
4. ECU , your getting a swap so it does not really matter
5. Gauge cluster if you have money
6. Shift boot/ shift ****
All of these parts should be easy to find
Manual is the only way to go, down with automatics
