Default 1994 Auto to Manual Swap

How hard would it be to swap an automatic trans with a Manual trans on a 1994 Honda Del Sol? And how much would it be? And what car would i get the parts from?

Thanks,
Ryan

It also depends on what engine is in your car. If you have a b series then you will need a shift linkage from a del sol w/b16. Any civic or teg pedals will work as long as they are hydro. You need master cylinder (civic or teg). Hydro lines (civic). Also you will need to drill out spot welds on tranny mount and replace with a 5 speed mount (you can get from any honda dealer for like $50 but it will need welded in place). THe swap is not that hard just a pain in the ***.

seeing as how you can probably pick up a civic manual itself with all the parts you'll need for around $1000 if you look hard enough, I'm sure you should be able to get all the parts junk yard for around $400.

of course, you'll probably want to buy a new clutch and flywheel, but all the assemblies can come out of the junked car.
