Help guys! After getting my spark plugs, distributor cap, head gasket, oil pump, and an oil change, my car seems to have lost power! Anyone kno what and/or why this could be???

 

new thicker head gasket= lower compression.
messed up ignition timing from distributor(if you changed cap and rotor.)

 

i didnt get thicker head gaskets so the compression should be the same, as for the distributor i only changed the cap so anymore thoughts?

Wrong spark plug gap? Did you notice the power loss right away or was it after a couple hundred miles? I did the same on my car and I fould a plug within a couple hundred miles, pulled the plugs, found the bad one replaced it and it was fine. Sometimes a plug can be bad right out of the box.

Did you change the rotor?? If not change that see if it helps. I think they are only about $10
