Default No spark!?!?

i finished putting my car back together the other day and when i tried to start it today it didnt work. It turns over but there doesnt seem to be a spark comin from the plugs. i have the msd distributor cap and blaster coil hooked up. what could be the problem???


any help would be great.. im gettin tired of workin on this car..

Check connections. Any CEL's? Maybe your dizzy took a dump. There are a bunch of possibilities, there chief. Try to be more thorough. What did you do to it? We have no idea what you've done in your garage the past couple of days.

no CEL's. well what i did was replace the head gasket. I checked all the connections and it seems fine. I checked for spark by stickin the spark plug into the wire and touchin it on a metal but didnt see a spark. what doesnt make sense is that before i replaced the head gasket the car started, but after it wont spark. Could it be my MSD distributor and blaster coil??

oh and my battery was drained but i tried to jump the car and still no go

Distributors Go bad without any symptoms most of the time,

For instance, I did a Compression test on a civic once, car was running and started fine 2 minutes earlier, the test was done, and the car wouldnt start, no spark, Distributor was bad...

should i jus go with a stock distributor or should i fix the one i got?

anyone else have any opinions/suggestions?
