Where do you get uberdata?

Where do you get uberdata?
I still have my OBD0 LS ecu. Can I use uberdata or do I have to convert to obd1? Also I searched and only found downloads for the rom. Isn't there a lil chip that you have to solder into your ecu? If so where do I get it?
