Default Mini-Me Turbo....is it reliable?

Hey everyone, I have decided to put a turbo on my Mini-Me setup, but before I do...I had a question to ask anyone who has done it.
Does the higher compression of the Mini-Me swap make it a higher possibility of running into headgasket issues?
I know that I can put a turbo on it and run some low PSI without any problems, but how much PSI can I run without compromising reliability? any advice on all of this would be helpful.

Oh! and I searched before I posted...but I wasn't able to find much information about the Mini-Me-T setup that I'm doing. So....Don't flame!
