I dont know what i can do to fix this or maybe its ok but it is hitting my piping any one know what i should do or will it be ok?

 

im sure you'll be OK. As long as its not your downpipe hitting that it wont melt or anything like that. The IC piping shouldnt flex to much in order to bang against your return line.

 

i mean i really have to bent the ss line to get it to thread on the oil pan fittings.once is all tightend down the ss line doesnt move an inch i just hope the shifting of the motor and stuff wont do anything to it....also i wasnt going to get the vacumme maifold or whatever its called for my oil lines but iam going to now but whats the best way to do it just run a ss line off the block to the manifold and have my oil pressure gauge,feed line,stock sensor run off of that...i have already broke a T off in the block before and i dont want that to happene agian

I'm thinking it should be more vertical to return the oil into the pan.

It looks as if the return comes straight down, then bang makes a 90 degree turn but angles a bit up. Might be the angle of pics.

Turbo vet's can chime in with a better response.

 

i think it will be fine , but iff your worried just get 2 45's and put then on the ends insted of the straights,

 

Any way you can just cut about an inch or so off your charge pipe where it connects into your turbo discharge to have it run a little higher? That would fix your problem.
Either that or run a 45* fitting off your fitting on the pan towards the downpipe and have the return line meet up with it further over.

 

getting a fire sleeve will help also. I have one of these on my return line just in case.

 

you might be able to put a 45 degree fitting off the pan at a different angle...or you can put a small dent in that pipe to clear the line and fitting...

yep, that will make your oil return trip shorter




seems like I didn't even need an SS line...

 

A 45 off that pan fitting would be something to surely try. I bet it helps out with the drain angle and the clearance.
