My LS build. Want your thoughts on Goals
Before I start I just wanted to say I had trouble finding similar ls builds in the search! So spare me.
So I just finished my motor build and wanted opinions on what I should shoot for hp wise. Anyways, the build goes like this:
Wiseco 81.5 pistons
Wiseco rings
Eagle H Rods
ACL bearing
Ported and polished and resurfaced 94 ls Head
Stock valvetrain
ARP headstuds
OEM headgasket
Now my car is tuned at 7.5lbs of boost on hondata for the bone stock motor which no longer exists. That made 217 hp and 204 tq on the dyno. t3t4 turbo, dsm 450cc injectors (upgrade?).

with the stock valvetrain will be your limiting factor the block can easily take the power not a problem i think good range of power would be 300-400 at about 20 pounds with a good tune the dsm 450cc aer not going to cut the fuel needs as well

what trim turbo also helps determine this...Thats pretty much my setup except my block is benson sleeved. I made 250 whp and 220 lb/tq at 11 lbs. This was on a very conservative tune. Could have easily made 265+ This was using sc52 turbo, and no port or polish for the head. Just a blox intake mani
Here is my setup...straight LS
Head
Crower 402T's
Block - Stock sleeves
CP Pistons
Eagle Rods
Turbo
Garret T3TO4E 57 Trim 63. AR
I currently have RC 550's, however, they are at 100 duty cycle at 390 wheel hp, so I will be upgrading to 650's possibly 750's shortly.

Wow your setup sounds exactly like what I'm going to do in the next few months...
I'm also currently tuned on hondata @ 7.5 psi with the stock block...
I'm running RC440's and thats one of the things i'm gonna need to upgrade (along with a 3 bar map sensor)

Actually, I am just finishing the build. The reference I made to the 550's was from a calculation. I estimate it will take me between 17 and 20 PSI to reach my HP goal of 375 wheel, with an equal length mani and Hondata.
