ls turbo numbers(impress me) add pics if you have any....
i haved an lsvtec and i really just want to take the head off and boost the damn motor since my vtec isnt working anyway, i want to know the hp numbers for all you ls people out there. i plan on boosting 8 daily with high at about 12. dont tell anyone but im going to torture a stock ls this way. im probably goin to pull the lsvtec out and just build it for an all motor setup.im shooting for 300 hp dailly, i know that would be almost impossible at 8lbs but its just hypothetical. anyway post your numbers and your setups please, i plan on building the block and head a little, at lease pistons and cams to increase the powerband on the head i want to rev the thing to at least 8k.
i know that SHEMANYANG is making crazy numbers on 10lbs.... does anyone know how?

it's all about flow. if you can get the LS motor to flow properly then you'll make crazy numbers. VTEC motors have no problems with flow therefore make sick power.
oh and by the way, hp and tq numbers are expected to go up this thursday. if not...i'm gonna shoot myself in the ****!! lol.

do only 2 people on all of ht have ls turbos???? another question is that if vtec heads flow better should i leave my b16 head on even if vtec isnt working.....i know i should fix it but you know money is sort of a prob at the moment.....

I know a guy that has a built/ported (stock cam) Ls turbo pushing 22psi making 435whp and if I remember corectly almost 400wtq. Don't know his exact setup just saw the dyno chart and chated for a brief moment @ a shop.

300whp stock block setups are becoming more common, a few on this board Highmilehatch and civicflnum1. Darin from Titan is making 314 Stock Block B18B in his 1995 Integra (110K miles). He is shooting for 450 stock block, cams and a little shot of nos.
