well its been about 5 days since ive had my new vtec controller installed and when i left my buddies house after he wired it the car acted fine but then the day after the car just started bogging like something was literaly choking the motor the vtec engagement was set at 5500rpm but other than that nothing was touched it only starts acting up around 4000 to 5000 rpm. is the car not getting enough fuel or something like that i danno what to do, its a power enterprise vtec controller http://www.inlinefour.com/powvteccon.html thats what it looks like if anyone has any info please by all means let me know thanks.
go back and check all the connections, sounds like you could have a loose connection, edid your buddy solder(sp?) or just strip twist and tape?
Check wiring over again, and just wondering about mods done to the car?
I'd hope a good bit b/c I don't know how much a $300+ gauge/controller is gonna help, but it appears nice.
