VAFC causing SOLID CEL

Hey ive installeda nother vafc 2 in the past, but recently instlaling.. i am gettting a SOLID cel and cant figure out whats goin on! please help

THER IS a awire the in the ECU plug that fell out... I pushed it back in but am still gettin the code

PLEASE help

And the code is? The wire that fell out of the ecu harness is? Solder all connections?
