Whats safe to boost?
I wanna build a B20 block for turbo that can withstand 15psi daily driven. The only question is what should I do to the block so it can take it? Anyone have a list or anything, any opinions would be nice thank you.
What turbo? That makes a big difference. You can't just say 15psi because 15psi on 14b or 15psi on a pt67 is a big difference.
That being said I agree with previous poster, pistons, rods, sleeves.

You could probably get away with 15psi on stock sleeves with race gas but getting away with it and doing it safely are two different things. I say always sleeve, otherwise your dealing with a ticking bomb.
I just tuned my stock LS and make 310WHP and 274WTQ @ 20psi with a t3/t4 57 trim with stage III wheel .50/.63(check my sig). I rebuilt the motor so it had 0 miles on it. You cant post a question asking who much psi can you run because this depends on the motor, the turbo, and most important tuning how much power your going to make at a certain psi. The question you need to be asking is what do you need to do to your motor to get a certain HP goal. I sure once you know what your HP goal is people on here will be more that happy to point you in the right direction.
