Default Boost/Compression

I have a d16z6 block, sleeved by Golden Eagle, stock crank, Eagle rods, Ferrea valves, springs and retainers..I am going with a 79mm bore.

My question here is..could I safely run 25 to 30psi on 9.8:1 pistons (arias or ross more than likely) with proper tunning, adiquit fuel and spark?

How much horsepower are you wanting?

From the c/r and amount of boost you are wanting to run I am not sure if the amount will even be necessary. What trim turbo are you planning on running with this?

The turbo is a t3/t4 w/ a .50 trim. I am looking to make 400+ hp...basiclly wanting to squeeze everything I can out of the little d16 I can.

why are you going with such a small bore, 79mm bore makes it a 1.5

Correct me if I am wrong but stock bore is 75mm on the d16's. A 79mm bore with a 90mm stroke (stock stroke) would make it around a 1.76L

I dunno if a smaller T3T4 can sqeeze two bar without getting really hot and just spinning at like 250,000 RPMs.
Is this a street car?
25 to 30psi pretty hefty goal. I'd stick with 1 bar max and pull all the HP you can from that level. You can get 400+ without boosting 2 bar. But do it in steps.

i hope you mean that amount of boost on race gas. You should be able to meet your goal with that compression ratio, and turbocharger at sea level.

If my memory serves me right, i think 79mm might be a little scary for high boost apps, but dont take my word for it, i dont even own a honda

you probably wont get away with much more than 10 lbs of boost on pump gas, just so ya know :-)

I was told by Golden Eagle that 79mm was as far as you could safely go.
