u got the correct chip, i hope. double check. i believe its p73

you may need a better fuel pump, injectors....did u upgrade ur fuel system?

Is it a new or used engine, u may not be firing out all 4 cylinders, u can do a compression test to check this

There r a lot of things that u could have done wrone. I gave u a couple to start with. Do a search on engine swapping. Oh and I wouldn't drive that car till u fix the problem.

Try the Hybrid Forum. Not too many people in the ITR Forum need to swap ITR motors into their cars.

It definitely not the fuel pump.. well at least its not because he doesnt have an ITR fuel pump.. Ive had about every motor in ym car ranging form a b16, LS-VTEC, and now a ITR and still have the same old 92 cx fuel pump..

as for your problem.... what code is you car throwing, you cant fix the problem if you dont know whats wrong...

yep. for your hatch, you need either the stock itr fuel pump or an aem one.. and check the oil

Check your oil pressure. Maybe the pump is going bad.

Yes. Also check your oil pressure sending unit. Usually if it is bad the oil light will come on, but since it's a swap I would check it. Or it could be the vtec solenoid itself. Just have to trouble shoot.

This is 150% wrong!!!! you do not need a itr fuel pump and a bad fuel pump is not going to cause your vtec to fluctuate.

I would agree its probably something to do with oil... either low on oil, or your vtec preasure is faulty. Also check your vtec solinoid screen, make sure its not clogged.
