Default turbonetics t62-1 or garrett t3/t4 on b16

i have a b16 motor. it is totally built with benson sleves eagle 9.0.1pistons, rods, and crank. the head is also ported and polished. for engine managment i have hondata s200. i have two turbos in my posession and dont know which one whould be better for my set up, a garrett t3/t4, i dont think this turbo has ball berings and the a/r is.48 i have an equal length tubular manifold. the othet turbo is a turbonetics ball bering 62-1. the exhaust side is .81 and the intake is .72? i think. i know the turbonetics turbo may be too big for my set up and cause alot of lag. but i was wondering if it was possible to change the exhause side to a t4 with a smaller a/r like.68 or if i would be better of using the garrett turbo. the car is also a del sol that i plan on keeping as a daily driver. i would like to achive 450-500 whp. i have a 2.5" exhaust so that might be a factor as it will create alot of backpressuer with the bigger turbo. also if i were to go with the bigger turbo what injectors do i need. and who makes an maniflod for this size turbo. if i were to use a log style manifold wholu that help the turbonetics amnifold spool up faster?

.81 A/R housing is a T4 housing on the 62-1, it's too big for a B16.

You can't just say it's a T3/T4 with a .48 A/R exhaust because there are hundreds of different turbos you could create. The 2 most commonly used exhaust wheels are the Stage 3 and Stage 5 wheels, and for comp wheels you have TO4E 50 trim, 54 trim, 57 trim, 60 trim, 60-1, 60-1 HiFi, 62-1, T67, T61, GT40, GT35, GT32, as well as a couple of TO4B wheels, so lets say 15 as a rough guesstimate. Limiting yourself to a .48 A/R exhaust housing that's 30 potential turbos right there.

its a garrett t3/t4, it might even just be a t3, i dont know how to tell. the exhaust a/r is .48. i measuresd the exhaust side wheel and its 2". the compressor is .50 and the wheel is 2.25". this turbo is probly too small to acheive the power i want. is it possible or worth it to ,make it a t3/60 or t3/67. i think its possibe if i change the compressor wheel and housing. or would i be better off switching the t4 exhaust housing on the 62-1 to a smaller size?
