Default CEL after car warms up... anyone have some advice?

I put a maxrev turbo kit on my LSvtec this past week, and the install went well. For now I'm running stock injectors, an FMU, check valves and have the boost set at ~5psi. When I drive my car after its been sitting for a while, it gets into boost and runs perfect. Pulls hard to redline and doesnt hesitate or sound wierd at all. But, it seems like once the car gets to its normal operating temp, everytime I get into boost the check engine light comes on, and the car hesitates a little bit. Does anyone know why it does this? I've been driving the car like a grandma since I got it back, but I want to be able to boost without having the CEL come on.

I currently have 2 tetra check valves, but my missing link is on its way.

any advice? if youre just going to reply and tell me to get rid of the cheap *** check valves and FMU then dont bother. I'm saving for standalone and 880's, but for now I want my car to run good.

thanks in advance for any help

my advice would be to read the code.
other than that, it could be your o2 sensor messing up, but i have the same problem so who am i to guess.

I have the same problem, FMU, Hi-Flow Fuel Pump, Missing Link, and after my car warms up I throw a code. It's the O2 Sensor, but I really suspect because it's running *** rich from all the fuel, causeing it to throw a code

Yea, the 02 sensor is brand new, and I never had any problems with CEL's until i put the kit back on. I suppose standalone is the only solution... ??

only 2 check valves? your map sensor is probably seeing boost. I know I had to run 4 check valves when I had a fmu set-up.

MAP sensor's reading boost. Mine did it with the FMU before I installed my missing link. God I hated the FMU.

my missing link should be here in a couple days, so I'll just run low boost until then.

thanks for all the help
