its probably your TPS, throttle positioning sensor u should un plug it and see if it idles alright. Its goiing to steadily idle at like 1100 probably. It located behind the TB on IM facing the bottom of the car. Hope that helps.
checked iacv, it's good 12ohms resistance.... went through rest of tests and got to replace ecu ..... yea ok....
i think not....
checked the deflection of my throttlecable w/ a metric tape measure, had like 25mm
adjusted it
10mm
gotta find the tps adjustment and check proceedures.... i know i got them around here somewhere.

Unbolt the FITV (located on the underside of the throttle body) and unscrew the rear cover. U will see a white round thing inside, check to see if u can screw it in. If u can, screw it ALL the way in. Reinstall and see what happens.

check for leaks around the intake manifold gasket area. or just check vacuum with a gauge.
and check for other leaks.
try adjusting your idle up or down to see what happens.

won't that mess w/ the idle when it's warmed up too though, he says it idles fine when warm so idle screw shouldn't be the problem.

What's your idle when warm? Mine did the exact same thing. When it was cold it would go up and down when I idled but stopped once warm. It would also sometimes give a quick rev whenever I stopped at a light when warm. I would also tap the gas barely sometimes and it would rev it too on it's own which made my starts kinda feel unresponsive. I adjusted the idle screw while it was warm and, if my tach is correct, adjusted it to 650-750 warm idle according to my stock gauges. It doesn't rev when cold anymore, and it also starts up better and has better throttle response. Doesn't rev anywhere on its own. I think it's the ecu revving the engine automatically because the engine is idling too low. Hope this helps.

good catch, sorry, didn't explain well.
it's not a fix it's a diagnostic procedure basically
if you flow more air into the motor at idle it will help point to what the problem might be.
hondas don't like to idle too high. they get lumpy.

It deals with cold starts and cold idle. The guy has a problem with cold start idle. Its the first thing that came to my mind...
