V/S-AFC setting for ITBs

V/S-AFC setting for ITBs
i just put DIY ITBs on my ls, and its running like crap! 
way too rich, nasty idle backfiring and hesitating....
i was wondering, if ne one has the settings they used to tune their itbs w/ vafc or settings that worked best. i have done a search, but came up w/ nothing.
