Default what setting for VAFC hack?

i just installed 440's on my ls/vtec turbo (9psi). i started the car but it runs very sluggish. i did -40% all teh way till 3000rpm and -%35 the rest..doesn't seem like it's working too well help me out guys!

best thing is get it on a wideband and adjust it, there are so many factors that come into play that can make one setup run lean and another rich....I have to readjust my settings almost every couple days cause of weather, humidity, temperature, etc.....at 10psi my 6-7500 setting is -35% but you say it doesnt run right, so obviously something is factoring in....but def. wideband it and get yur a/f right so u dont end up hurting yur motor

one thing i do tell i get to the dyno is to start the car. set idle at 1500rpms. then adjust the 1k setting tell the idle smooths out. then add full tell it gets a little ruff back off 5%. use this setting tell around 3k then add 20% more full. and then drive to the dyno.

thats prolly a little lean, -40 to -36 are my settings on my D16 turbo
