I am currently running the "safc hack" , with my turbo set up. The question i had i searched for, but cant seem to find anything on the VAFC II. Ok on the SAFC (the older model )there are only two settings to change from, but on the VAFC II there is the wide throttle with high and low cam settings, and the same for the narrow throttle. I'm tryin to transfer over the settings, but confused now the car runs like crap. It idles like crap also. I on my narrow throttle low cam setting I had to set it down to -26% for it to idle right. Before my setting on the SAFC at idle or 1k rpms was at -36%. Anyone know what my settings should be changed to? It was tuned on a wideband already wit the SAFC before, I'm just tryin to transfer it over...

 

It sounds to me like a classic case of not knowing what you're doing. The only advice I can give you is to take it immediately to a tuner.

 

I was on the vafc 2 hack until about a month ago. worked fine for me

 

the thing i was wonderin is that the settings on the safc v1 have only two settings, but the vafc v2 has 4 settings. I'm tryin to transfer the settings from the old afc to the newer version.
