Default depinning distributor

Okay I have an obd2 distributor that I need to change the plugs to obd1. I could cut the wires but I would rather depin the connectors. Has anyone does this? Is the process the same for depinning ecu connectors? If it can't be done I'll just cut wires.

yeah thanks...i figured it out...heres how i did....obd1---> pulled out white plastic thing...bend pins against the securing tabs and pulled out wire.....for obd2 pulled out the plastic piece its green instead of white...then use a small screwdriver to lift the securing tabs and pull wires out...pretty easy...only thing is the obd2 pins that would go to the obd1 two pin connector are two big so i just said screw it and swapped the pins onto the wires...oh also for the two pin connector pull out the back plastic piece,,,lift tabs and pull wires.....avoided the cut wires/solder/electrical tape/shrink wrap look
