obd1 dizzy to obd2?

obd1 dizzy to obd2?
i have a 99 gsr and i have a obd 1 dizzy that i need to use on my motor. I know that the plugs are different but is there anyway to make this work? Can i just cut and splice the wires? If so is there a diagram where i can see what wires go to what? Thanks a lot
