I have a em1 how do I keep my original key when replacing my ignition
thank you thives... if anyone has the answer I would be most greatfull as my helms manual is pretty godamn confusing.
it looked faily simple I just turn the key to the 1 position and then pull the key housing out and then slide the new housing in turn the key back into the 1 position and you should hear a pop letting you know the lock is set into place.
You guys are talking about having the internals of the ignition changed.
