If you had te37s that needed new tires+ comp v2 13x8 + 22" slicks + rear disc setup, would you trade for 36mm hub 5 lug setup with new rotors, pads, ebrake cables, 15x7 rp01s with brand new dunlop direzza dz101s?

My buddy asked if I wanted to trade, I'm on the fence about it. I just don't really like the wheels. I wish he had 16" itr wheels, would have made it alot easier for me to justify it.

Got my mirrors on. Driver's side visibility is alright, passenger sucks, but I knew that it was going to. I can just look out of my rear view mirror. I like the blue tint, looks cool. I just installed them black, still not sure if I want to paint them or not (and leave the bases black). I want thin moldings, OEM would match my wheels since they're sort of gunmetal, but I could also get fakes and paint them white. Hrm.

I'm actually going to go with the stock frost white. I was originally going to go with a Lexus gray pearl, but I really don't want to draw any more attention to it then it already will be drawing.

No mismatched bay either, the K in it will be mismatched enough.

byp ran 225/50/15 ao50 all round on 15x9f 15x8r 6ul iirc. That car has since been retired, they are working on a new dc5r chassis now looking forward to the results!

b16a with bolt ons, hybrid poopy trans. ls gears b16 main and counter shafts with itr diff. long story short i bought a "bogus" trans and had to play legos.

 

Makes much more sense, I was wondering why you were dropping crazy out of the vtacks between shifts. I haz a spare set of b16 gears...

hmm. might have to grab those from you.


on track you can and will roll everything under the sun. i have rolled everything from z06s to vipers to ariel atoms. but here is the key, it depends on the run group you are in. when you are a beginner and finding pace, you will be with other "slow" drivers. most of the time they will be in a significantly faster car than yours. once you get in faster run groups then you are normally getting rolled or keeping enough pace to not "be in the way".

 

lmk, I just need synchro's from the set since the third is shot in my current trans. The gears are just from the trans I blew my diff up in. I drove the car with the blown diff and everything was was still gravy minus the diff. I'm almost positive I will never use them for anything so it will be on the flo- rida- Low level
