lol. kind of my story. i bought this other trans because it was cheaper than buying synchros at my price. i had a 3rd gear bad too, then the trans i bought had a "blowed up" diff!

I've had them about a year I guess. Pain in the A to install and wouldn't suggest doing it unless you totally have to. My latch was about to break off, so I didn't really have a choice...
