Default Is this rubbing normal, or more clearancing

255 on a DC chassis is this normal, or should I be thinking about cutting and kind of tubing the front to allow for more room. If so anyone have any tips?
Tire have always looked fine, thinking it happens in the pits when I am turning to sharp (hoping).

Asking because this is really the first time I took notice to this.

Normal. You're running a 255, it happens even with a 205 depending on the wheel offset. I added a small spacer to alleviate this but it is only on near or full lock conditions that it happens.
