Default Hoosier 235/45-15 or 245/40-15

just a thought, but any chance we could rally together and get Hoosier to make a 235/45-15 or 245/40-15 a3s03 or r3so3? i really need a wider DOT tire up front, with about the same rolling diameter. i'll pay $300 each for the tires. anyone?
i drool everytime i see those 235/45-13's. i am so jealous. how can they forget us big boys?

225/50/15 should be fine. With anything wider, wouldn't you have problems with the wheel rubbing? mine rubs with 225 when i turn the wheel all the way

i ran 225/45/15 a2s03's on kosei's with a 43mm offset and they rubber everywhere. i'd like to try 235's, but that would definately necessitate some wheel spacers

225/45-15 is what he mainly runs. he actually has a ziillion tire sets depending on condition. sep 8th i will running his car at it's first autocross....NASA. might be fast, might not be, it's total overkill for that, but we'll see. oh, how much clearance do you have with those carbon fenders? i'm am going to be running 8 inch wide wheels next season, and need some fender flares for sure to clear them.

well with my 15 inch spoons 35mm offset with advan AO32Rs there is almost no fender clearance...thats with the ITR front brakes and GSR spindle and a 1/8 inch spacer to clear the brakes....the 16 inch spoons with Yoko A520s 45mm offset there is probably about 1/4 inch fender lip clearance. Any wider I will have to cut the inner fender lip which wouldnt be much drama...
what autocross is Yasu running at and where
maybe I can make it and run my car and see what happens
