Default break rubbing?

My drivers rear brake is rubbing a lot on my crx. Yesterday I jacked the back end of the car up to adjust the parking brake b/c my car is really hard to push b/c the wheels are rubbing. I adjusted the passengers' rear brake to about where it should be but the drivers rear brake was rubbing just as much after I was done as when I started. The wheel is really hard to turn. The drivers rear wheel is about as hard to turn(without the parking brake on) as the passengers rear wheel; when the parking brake has clicked like 4 times. The rotor on the drivers side also seems to be wearing bad also. There are some deep groves in the rotor. This makes me think that the pads might not be setting right in the caliper(sp). The brake pads on the car are semi-metallic.

Sounds like you have a sticking/dragging caliper - might be time to rebuild it or replace it. When you drive around, is that wheel/rotor really warm?

I never felt or looked to see how hot things were getting. Right now my car is being stored for the winter and I can't drive it. So I don't know about temp at all.
I think the previous owner replaced all the calipers recently. I will check to see if there is any paper work about the back calipers being replaced to make sure.

Edit: I just checked the for sale thread on here about my car and only the front calipers were replaced.

Also the rear passenger side still seems to have a little drag in it but nothing compared to the rear drivers side.

It's also possibly just the pins the caliper slides on. My Acura had them all crudded up when I got it and I had to take them apart and clean and grease them. I would take the caliper off first and see. If the slide pins are OK, then the caliper itself is probably stuck internally. I have seen cases where the rear pads were installed wrong but the pedal feel is generally awful so it's easy to tell something is wrong.

Is the term for the pin called the guide pin. When I was looking in the manual that I have there was no slide pin. I'm guessing they are the same thing but I just want to make sure I clean the correct part.
