Re: 2011 spring meet in WA
well it all depends on who is planning it, usually spring meet is sometime in april or early may. if there is supposed to be a dry weekend in mid april than ya let's do it. I hope someone is getting one started. Probably Marymoore on some day, everyone show up.
I already can't wait and am trying to get all my little projects out of the way for it.

can you atleast tell us where it's going to be at? and maybe how much entrance fee to expent? apparently 3 bucks was way too much for some people, they may need to start saving now if it's going to be 5 this year

It amazes me that most of the people that go to these meets have $10k+ into their car but bitch about $5 LOL
I'm down, I've wasted more than $5 before on useless crap (haven't we all?)

LOL !!!!! fa real i feel you guys. if youcant afford 3 bucks, you definitely do not deserve to own your car. might as well sign the lease now give it to your girlfriend to save yourself the embarrassment

$3 can go towards my gas.
Sure, I can drop $6,000 for K swap but I am not going to pay to park my car at some meet where there are potential thieves.
Might as well pay the $3.00 for bouncers/ security guards. Now that's a great idea.

I'm fine doing it at PR, but I am not paying them for only 2 port-o-potties and a grass lot, that line was rediculous. and janky *** kids are going to show regardless, they have money to spend on entrance fees cause they aren't spending it on the motors like we are lol. and plus, I think the PR show wasn't too bad, it wasn't all riced out atleast like golden gardens was.

It's one reason why I refuse to go to these meets because I know my R will be a prime target.
Don't know if you were on this forum several years back but there was a girl with the yellow Type R that showed up to ONE Honda-tech meet and few months after, it was stolen. She was selling it on craigslist a while ago with 4 lug, black bumpers, and missing interior. The Honda scene sucks and I don't trust strangers.

Nice to see you have a lot of spirit but keep in mind that there are thieves out there that will steal your car within minutes. Something that you have built for years can be vanished.

but the story behind it is they were staking her out for a long longgg time.. and since she was a girl she was pretty high profile so everyone basically knew everything about her lol, cuz everyone wanted to get on.
so one day they got her while she was at her bf's i believe... sad day in the honda game . it was RHD and everything.
