all they need is your licence plate and they can go to the dmv and get the info of whos the car is registered to and the contact info and the address i know this. i bought a truck and the guy that signed that title wasnt his name so i had to go to dmv and get a hold of the orignal owner and they went by the plates and gave me all his info. they told me that that stuff is public info all you gotta do is pay like 8 bucks or so to get that persons contact info since all you need is there plate numbers
That's why my car is registered to my parents address, if someone looks up my car they will go to my parents house and find nothing.

yupp idc if anyone trys to steal my car if they do im coming out shooting at them i dont care if they driving off in my car im still gonna shoot at them even if it hits my car so i dont really worry about that kind of stuff well i do but once they get a hold of my car there gonna be seriously hurt even death if it happens since they shouldnting be taking whats not theres and if they didnt take whats not theres then they wouldnt of got shot at thats the way i see it as. just beat the **** out of them and criple them what they gonan do call the cops? and tell them they you beat them up cus they were trying to steal your car they aint going to police if u beat the **** out of them espcially when they trying to steal your car

LOL that was awesome!
And yes there are a bunch of All go No show meets.. Just go to any of the Drag events, IFO/BOTI and watch the cars go down the track...

If they wanna follow me all the way back home to Billings, MT - they can be my guest. They'd be really disappointed when they find out my car isn't stored at the registered address.

It's funny when people say that making your car look good is stupid....I will just assume that your car looks like a POS. Lol. You can do things to your car to make it look good AND put money into the motor...you're making it seem like we can only choose one...haha. My car looks good and it's quick...there are still some more things I'd like to do to the exterior and under the hood...just gotta prioritize.

But you're basically inviting them to your house if you keep your plate on...it's not that hard to take them off and them put them on after you leave...4 bolts...OMG...Any meet I go to, I take off my plates.

^^I think we had said to display your HT name over your license plate, so you'd be able to put a face to our cars/names. I felt like I was the only one who did this at both the marymoor and PR meets. makes it so you only have to take off one, or just cover up the rear too lol. just don't forget to take it off lol, forgot to do that on the way back from PR. got home and went, "****, good thing I didn't get pulled over" lol.

at first I was all about looks because I had a stock CX motor but my car had a super clean exterior. than I realized it was a slow POS so I did a swap and now I'm about both looks and speed. Bella said it perfectly, it's about prioritizing. I buy one exterior (looks only) type part, than I buy a suspension or motor part next. There isn't a rule that says your car has to look like **** if it's going to be crazy fast or vice versa. you can have both and many do. I guess that just seperates us real enthusiasts from the wanna-bes.

I think taking your plate off is a waste of time. Thieves can just follow you till you put it back on. I do like the idea of putting your H-T name on the plate though.
