Default Lights (HID's) aren't turning on...

Posting this for a friend...Well I don't use them much but today I turned on the lights but they didn't come on... I can hear them click but nothing. Checked all the fuses on the car (both under dash and hood) and the fuses on the HID harness, all are fine and not blown.

Is there anything else I can check? Trying to save the bulbs for last, such a PITA to get off/on...

Sounds like a relay problem. Check for build up of gunk where the connections are.

Well since I already pulled the whole kit off because put the old bulbs back in so I can see... I just pulled the relay and one of the four connectors has some corrosion on it.

That relay is probably a crappy one that comes with aftermarket HID harnesses. I make my relay harnesses from scratch with BOSCH Relays
